I really like the fade of #78 and the layout of #58. Can I see #58 again with the fade of #78?
Also, can you change smile in #66 to include braces and thicken the font of the word "orthodontics"?

I really like some of the others (so I ranked them high) - thanks for adding the fade. #88 is cool looking but reminds me too much of the M&M candy.

Here's my proposal with iconic M symbol. I think it's important to have the logo with a symbol which is represent your company name instead of just a text only. With this symbol, it will make the audience more easy to recognize your logo at glance without reading it. Also, you can use the symbol standalone without the company name, so it's flexible to use. Just for consideration :)

I like it. #114. Just to confirm that the corners of the squares are not sharp, but rather rounded. I don't want to give potential customers the idea that braces are pointy or sharp. If they are not currently slightly rounded, can you show me that option as well? Basically, remove the sharp corners of the squares if they are there. It's just hard to see here because of the size.

Same goes for #86. Also, can you make the "Orthodontics" text heavier or bolder?

Yes of course. It's rounded square. I'll make it more rounded to make it more appeal. Thanks so much for the feedback. I'll be back soon with the revised version.

Did you change the shading of the braces or just the slightly rounded corners in #114 #145?

QUESTION: When I choose a winning logo, will the designer provide me different formats of the logo so that I have one with just the logo, one with just the words, one with the logo above the words, one in black-and-white, etc? Also, will the designer provide the HEX and RGB values for the colors and the font type for the words?

According to LT's rules, you can only have one logo in color version and black and white version in eps and jpg format for the final files. But if you need any other version (just symbol version, text only version, symbol and text only version, etc), you don't have to worry, I'll be glad to sending every single files you need after we completed the contest :)

About the #145, I did change the shading and make it more rounded. I'll send you the close up angle for better view right after this.
