Morning Star Church of Vero Beach FloridaLogo Design Contest

I very much like the beach theme and the morning star is clearly prominent -- more so than any other design. I love that the star looks similar to a cross.

I appreciate the designs that incorporate our church motto: "Christ Shines Through Us." However, the motto in this design is difficult to read. Can you provide a design with a larger or more defined motto and then another one without the motto?

#3 is presently the top pick of people in our congregation (6/12/11).

Two requests:
1. The motto is still difficult to read in #16. Would you please take #3 and make the motto easier to read? Would adding shadow or outline to the words help?
2. Would you please remove the word "of," so that it just reads "Morning Star Church" and then the next line would be "Vero Beach Florida"? Thank you very much.

This sample keeps the sunrise at past entries (growing by stripes or flat), the motto is more readible and the colors are more eye-catching.

May I try your patience by asking for the sunrise of #47 to be off-center - that is, more to the left?

Would you be willing to give me a few tweaks on #47?

I'd like to see what it looks like, if we simplify the concept. Keep the updated eye-catching colors. Remove the motto entirely and also Vero Beach, Florida. Now bulge the name (Morning Star Church), so we keep the oval outline of the logo.
