Tthe subject is a friendly moose face/head. Art can be brush stroke style, silhouette or other, just not to detailed, nor too comical.

Head and antlers, eyes, nose and mouth ( shoulders optional )

happy, fun, friendly, inviting expression - without being "comical" or too whimsical - but also not too literal, either. Something that's a happy medium between detailed and abstract.
Possibly facing straight-on or 1/4 turn ( facing to the right )

Hello all - so many wonderful logos!! This has been the hardest content over because there are so many good ones. The client has narrowed the logo selection down to two, currently listed in first place and second place. They like elements in both logos. I wish you could share the $$ because we think you both equally deserve to win.
