#86 may be worth a reconsideration to place higher, because this also works well in black and white. You would need to consider these factors when considering a logo. It also can be used without the text, and once the brand gets known you could present just that part of the logo. Take for instance brands like Toyota, Nike, Adidas, Mercedes-Benz. All of which you know what brand you are looking at without having text provided. The logo currently in first does not have as much of an ability to stand alone without text because the centering of the logo doesn't fit without the text. Just thought I'd point that out before the contest ends. ;)
What do you see that I should change in #86 to make it better. If you see this as a viable logo, I would need the highest rank in order to change what you dislike to make it better, since the contest is now in judging mode.
#86 If we decide to go with your Logo Can we take the star bust out of the top right corner of the M, and can we see what it looks like with the M and Montgomery Automotive side by side again. Maybe shrink the M down a little. ?????
Yes, anything like that will work. If you would like to see a new updated version, I'd need to have the logo placed in first, because right now I cannot upload anything because of the judging mode. Thanks for your response. :)
You are always able to go and change the ranking after that, if you don't like the outcome. Would you like the blue outline more visible and a lighter tint, or what are your preferences?
Entry #98 looks great, Lets hook the letter M down to the A in automotive like Entry #86 and place the Emblem to the left of the lettering. so the logo is to the left and montgomery automotive is to the right all on the same line
Entry #86 The wording is awesome keep the colors and the style just place the emblem to the left of montgomery automotive and eliminate the starburst, we should be good to go when that is done. Just want to see what it looks like next to the lettering, It may look more uniform when printing instead of on top of each other. what do you think?
