Entry number 1 looks the best but it is far too conservative and doesn't have enough edge. Try to incorporate a better font especially for the MM in the middle - think tough. Here is a good example:

Entry number 1 is the best but it is too conservative and doesn't have enough edge. Try using different (custom) fonts - especially for the MM in the center. Also, you my want to use a different picture or design for the bird in the center. Think tougher in your design and you can't go wrong. We want more attitude in our logo. Thanks!
