Thank you so much for your designs. You are so very talented. I checked out your portfolio. Lots of great designs! Here's my feedback for this first round. I think you are on to something!
Entry #29: 1. Change the color scheme to gold and dark blue. Also try one that is all blue 2. Change the font type to something more clean and modern. 3. I would like to see a version that has a blue background in a rectangle shape with curved edges behind the butterfly with the graphic itself in white (like the shape in #32). Does this make sense?
Entry #30: I like the Fleur de Lis. Let's do something with this, but let's get rid of the "M" , change the color scheme and the font
If you have any other ideas please feel free to provide them! I like your designs! 1. Change the color scheme to 2 colors. Let's use different colors though, like blue and gold. 2. Change the font to a cleaner, modern font
Thanks very much for the look and kind words. I'll be happy to provide revisions based on your feedback and will post something in the next day or so. Stay tuned...
#82 - I really like it! Can you please show me a version that is all blue (like #83)
Also, #29 - the original butterfly design - can I see that in all blue too, but with the updated font?
#85 - Can I see a version that is still very corporate looking but is more indicative of butterfly wings? This one almost looks like butterfly wings but not quite. I don't want it to look feminine. Still have that modern look to it.
re #109 - In branding design, if the balance is right between an initial hint at something and the moment it is recognized (what I call the 'ah-ha' factor), there is a sense of satisfaction and personal investment on the part of the viewer which predisposes them to some measure of brand loyalty. So for me, it is enough that this design hints metaphorically at the company name rather than being overt.
I've skewed it just a bit more by changing the order of the colours. Hope you like it.
Hi there! Thank you for your awesome designs! While we really love #88 and #89 a few people alerted us to the fact that the logo looks almost identical to the New Orleans Saints logo!!! So we will not be able to go with that one!
Your design are all so good and so close to what we want, but just not hitting it exactly on point yet. I really think you can give us the winning design, and so we have extended the contest 2 more days!
We would LOVE to see some more design concept from you, with different graphic options.
Also for the new designs:
1. Please change the "yellow" to a brighter "gold" (like the color of the gold trophy graphic on logo tournament for your first place wins) 2. We'd like to see several different font options that are more "elegant" and "regal" but still "clean" and "modern" and easy to read. Have fun with it! We'd like to see lots of options!
"identical" is something of an overstatement by those few people you mention, but having had a look myself, I do see a similarity, given the treatment of the fleur within a soft square, and can therefor appreciate your concern. Having said that, the two fleur are significantly different and the industries are far removed such that if you really did want to use the device, there would be good justification for doing so. And having said all that, lol, I will put some more thought into the project and see what else I can come up with...
#126 - M/V fleur/person - this one strikes a balance between strength, dignity, professionalism and femininity. "MONARCH" font is clean and readable at any size with just a hint of serif to tie it in with the graphic device. It is timeless too - you will not feel it dated any time in th enear future. Thoughts on this one...?
I really like #128 and #129!!! Can you please make the graphic a little smaller and put a dividing line between the graphic and the words? Also, can we see some more font options - classy but professional and clean? We are at the finish line?
