Thank you for submissions so far! For some reason I am having difficulty ranking them but very promising to this point! One thing I should clarify, the word "group" does not necessarily have to be included in the designs, so feel free to omit it if you like. If at all possible, could I also see a few options using kind of a circular (starbucks shaped) design.

Thank you for the continued input. A couple of more clarifications. I want to avoid the logo looking like an insurance company type logo. If there are "people" in the logo, I would want it to be more active design.
