We like the simplicity and clearness of the logo from Ultimate Crossfit in Charlotte: www.ultimatecrossfit.com. You very clearly understand that this is a high intensity gym with a concentration in weightlifting. It also isn't too intense or intemmidating to scare women or beginners away.
