Wow, #509 sure is clever. I didn't get it at first, but when I did, I couldn't stop staring at it. Never would have thought of that one! I like #508 and think you have the type section down really well. The logo, while I like these a lot, I think could be more representative of modern housing. That's kind of the goal, but you've captured that high-end look really well.
