Hi!, Glad you like them. I tried to find the right ´50s feeling. The font name is MODULA. I think it´s great for your logo because it provides that kind of modulated order given by the regular lines. #170 is a nice evolution of the design. I am going to run it by a few people. I am a guy, but I think that I need some female opinions so I don't choose something too masculine. The women usually authorize the purchase of the house, so you have to please them. ;) I will let you know what people think.
Hi Nat, I think I like the type section on #284 a lot. I think the CS is too busy looking, but I think a small circular type logo, maybe with concentric circles offset a bit like #298 but in your style, which is very polished would look good and match the font. I think you have the most polished logo in the contest with #170 but the style is just slightly the wrong feel for us. I think you are on to something with the font and colors in #284. So smooth and slightly retro. I love it.
