Discussion

I will provide feedback for every designer for each submission to improve on the logo. I know the winner will be someone that submits multiple logos, constantly improving upon the previous submission.

FEEDBACK FOR ALL:

1. LIKE: alternating text colors in #2, but it is not a necessity
2. LIKE: change in text boldness in #8, but it is not a necessity
3. WANT: symbol to somehow be reflective of what the business sells.... primarily phones and mobile devices
4. LIKE: if symbol does not reflect what we sell, I want it to incorporate the "m" and g" or "mob" and "gen"
5. LIKE: Customers should have an idea of what we sell just by the logo. #12 is on the right track with making the symbol looking like a mobile device.

Another thought is to include graphics in a symbol that show a progression in technology:
example 1 = wired land line phone .... to.... cell phone (type "old phone" into a Google Image search)
example 2 = payphone/phonebooth..... to... cell phone
example 3 = desktop computer..... to........ laptop

Think of other images that represent something is "mobile".. meaning "on the go"
The generation word needs to imply cutting edge and new age thinking, rather than our parents mindset

Hi scave,

I'm sorry, I didn't see your entry. My entry almost same with you. But I didn't mean to copying your design. I have been design it 2 days ago, and I just get chance now to submit it. But if my entry make you uncomfortable and you want to I withdraw it, I'll do it. Once again I'm sorry. Just say it, and I'll do it ;)

Thanks,
Joe

Mobile Gen,,

Please consider ranking the designs rather than eliminating the points we gather are valuable even if we do not win your contest. By the fewer designs eliminated and a ranking have been establish does inspire more designers to enter. Also take a moment to review the "Ranking and General Tips" as compiled by one of our designers (Bugy) https://logotournament.com/forum/general_discussion/914
