I just had an idea, what if we add a fourth ring to the right side in yellow. Them make the rings to the left grey and the divider line thinner and grey and then leave the name text in black?

We like the name better in black please.

will update - it is a compressed font due to there being a lot of words. I will try alternatives - is there a font you prefer?

Also this font is better but a bit smushed. Is the letter spacing super tight maybe?

My team is liking this logo for sure. Though they'd like a stronger incorporation of the and blue into the icon. Perhaps the whole ring could be blue, green and red on the right side?
Also, we feel the font is quite boxy. Could we get a slightly rounder font?
