A few thing's I'd love to see as variations: Swap the pink and orange colours (orange is my least fave of those colurs).
Can you try it using the green-blue-indigo-violet end of the rainbow for the colours?
Keep the Occupational Therapy a reasonable size - perhaps slightly larger.
Bear in mind that often I will email documents (with my logo) to people who will print it out on a BW printer. Having said that it's not the most important consideration, but sometimes blue font comes out very faint. Navy blue, perhaps?
