Awesome! Best design so far!

Initially we thought about highlighting only the 'MUC' in white-blue. Would it be much trouble to create an alternative version where the 's' is the same color as the 'mini' (even without the swoosh at the bottom of the 'M')? The 'MUC' letters might even be a bit wider, i.e. as wide as the first 'm'. What do you think?

Ah, one more thing: the white-blue diamonds of the Bavarian flag are aligned differently (see also http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d5/Coat_of_arms_of_Bavaria.svg). Could you rotate them to be more authentic?

Looking forward to the next iteration!

Hello,
and thank you for the feedback.
Here are revisions you asked for. I`m just not sure about the size of bavarian pattern, so I`ll try to resize it up a bit, so it looks more defined.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks, Bob.

Hey Bob,

thanks a lot for the update. Still our favorite design!

We just have a couple of ideas, which might improve the logo even further. What do you think?
1. The letters seem to be aligned differently. Would it look better if everything is aligned at the bottom?
2. the 's' at the end looks bigger than the letters from the 'mini'. Should they be the same size?
3. The bavarian pattern looks better. Thanks. But I really liked the bigger pattern from the previous version (especially if the logo would be printed rather small). Could you 'zoom in' a little on the pattern? Maybe you could even try removing the highlight on top of the MUC so it doesn't look so faded. Even if it is not truly authentic, making the blue a bit darker could work very well.
4. The black bar in the middle of the 'U' looks a bit heavy. Could you maybe put in a little white line as a separator?

Based on these minor changes as a new baseline, we could even think of three different, separate variants:
a) Have you ever tried giving the 'mini' and the 's' a more feminine color (e.g. pink) to better reflect the typical colors of toddlers with the blue already being in the bavarian pattern? Might be worth a try. But in this variant, the mascot wouldn't need a shirt any more.
b) To add more contrast, would a solid line or maybe some grass (e.g. entry #15)?
c) Adding a circle around the logo and put the mascot sitting in it (like entry #2)

Thanks so much,
Ron & Tim

Hi Bob!

We just thought about using a circle around, using an ellipse so it wouldn't have the character of a "stop sign".

Hello Ron & Tim,
I`ve been having some difficulties with enlargment of pattern, since it`s 45 degree angle and pretty hard to fit into MUC letters, remaining simetrical and well balanced.
Anyhow, this would be as large as I can get (letter size on my first design was larger, but it kind of gets lost when I flip it 45 degree).
Let me know which one you prefer.
Kind regards, Bob.

Hi Bob!

Thanks for your work!!!

The bavarian design is fine! Thanks.

#42
What we would change:
- try the mascot without a shirt so it has got just "one" color
- perhaps a bit different color for the "mini" and "s" then for the mascot
- there ist a bit too much black under the feet; better less like in #41
- perhaps give the "MUC" (and perhaps even the "mini" and "s") a bit more "glossy" effect like the one of our attached "logo example" has?!
Hope this all will work.

Also excited about putting the letters together in an ellipse and under the letters sitting two mascots (feminine and masculine) on the ellipse. Then I think leve the grass and the clouds. Just choose good colors for the letters, mascots, background and the ellipse itself.

Thanks really a lot!!!!

Best regards,
Tim

Hello,
I`m currently working on a design you requested, but just wanted to present you another option, which includes different MUC font, changed font color with gloss and toddler girl-baby boy option.
I know this is not the compostion you asked me to do, but please let me know>
-if you like this MUC font with pattern better,
-if you like this font color and gloss for "mini" and "s",
-do you like little mucs to be with or without clothes, now that you got comparison
-do you like them to be from different age group.
Thanks,
Kind regards, Bob

Hello Bob,

to summarize #43:
- no baby
- let's stay first of all with one unisex mascot instead of two
- "mini" and "s" is not an option any more when I see this
- I like the new "MUC" font; I just think that I can be a bit bigger
- nice idea with the hand on the "M"
- the glossy style from #42 was better
- #42 version of the grass and clouds is better
- mascot itself is fine so far
- actually u were right, the mascot with a shirt is better, just don't know which color it should have!?!?!?
- I am not sure about giving the mascot the same color than the "mini" and the "s"

Colors (just a suggestion):
- "MUC" is fine or even still a bit darker blue
- mascot fine
- clouds #42 fine
- grass fine, perhaps even a bit more grass
- perhaps add a sun like u can see in #27 and use the same color of the mascot just a bit brighter (behind the right cloud)
- "mini" and "s" ...hm...difficult...like this color but it's the same like the mascot; perhaps a (darker) red???

That's all I can say / imagine so far.
Hope it's useful for u.

Best regards,
Tim

Hey Bob,

the designs keep getting better and better! Let's take entry #42 as a baseline for our thoughts:

- could you add a bit more lawn and put the hand of little bob on the M (both changes like in your entry #46)?
- also, we like the sun from entry #46
- The oval from #51 is great as well, but hanging downwards somehow gives it a 'negative' overall shape - could you try putting the oval on top (from the grass over the clouds and sun) of entry #42?

The only alternative we can think of is using entry #51 with the font of entry #42 and shaping the letters along the oval curve. But we don't know if this will work. Alternatively, you could vertically flip #51: putting the miniMUCs (written together) on the bottom, putting little bob on top with the lawn in the background and having the oval shape face upward.

Best regards,
Ron & Tim

And you were right.
When I shape (arch) the font on along the top oval line it`s not working, because font looses it`s nice solid shape.
I`ll try to figure something out.

Hey Bob,

thank you so much for all the variants. Some of the half-oval shapes somehow don't really seem to work. Would you still have time for one alternative design with one big, solid oval shape around the font similar to entry #2 (but without clouds - maybe some lawn at most)? Maybe even having little Bob sitting on the edge of the border? - This might make the overall design a bit 'leaner' and modern.

Thanks so much,
Ron & Tim

Hi Ron & Tim,
thanks for your comments and great guiding.
No problem, I`ll try with alternative design you suggested, but later today, since I`m do not have access to my working files right now.
Best regards, Bob.

Hi Bob,

thank you again for all the work. Entry #76 is our favorite so far. It looks much more classy than the previous designs and much calmer, because there are less colors involved. Great job!

Would it be a loto of work to try putting little Bob back in the middle between the 'mini' and the 'MUCs' while aligning everything in the oval shape vertically? Maybe we'll even use the mascot outside of the logo itself only, so an alternative design could be to just have the 'miniMUCs' in the middle of the oval shape without it.

Ah, one more thing: Could you make the black line round the 'MUC' a bit thicker please (e.g. similar to the border of the letters of the 'mini')? The 'MUC' is a bit hard to read if you don't know what you're looking at. Maybe even darkening the blue of the bavarian pattern a bit more might help.

Thanks & all the best,
Ron & Tim

Hi Ron & Tim,
here are options you wanted to see. I tried out different oval as well, so little Bob can fit in the middle of the font without stretching oval too wide.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Bob.

Great!

Would it just be possible for u in the last 2 hours to take #99: bend "miniMUCs" along side of the oval top (I know that u said it looks a bit weird) and put then little put completely into the oval?!

Thanks a ton,
Tim

No problem TIm it`s just that I don`t understand this part "and put then little put completely into the oval". Maybe you missplaced some words :)
