Hello Mindy,

I hope you like my concepts. I tried to convey, the warm, simple, elegant feel you are going for. Fonts, colors or anything else can easily be changed. I look forward to your feedback.

Thanks!

I absolutely love all your ideas! You are very creative not only with logo but with various colors. I like uniqueness and that is what you offer. My favorite, just personally, is #106. Although, I love everything about it, I would just like to compare it in different colors and maybe a different font for my name. I do like that style of font so nothing too dramatically different. Thank you for all your hard work, time and effort. I look forward to seeing some other ideas.

Thank you Mindy! I am glad you like my designs. I experimented with a few different colors and fonts and also expanded the window on the last two. Let me know what you think and I can use the color and font combo that you like.

Love the designs/colors you shared but I think you were on target with your very first design/color. Just a couple more requests. I would like to see my name in the gray color and real estate in the gold color on #106 (just switching colors maybe will make my name stand out more). And, I would also like to see #106 with my name in the font that you used in #117 with real estate to the right. Thank you....we are getting very close. Appreciate your work!

Please see #137, #138 and #139. I, personally, like the ones with the slightly bigger window. Look forward to your thoughts.

Thanks,

You just keep improving it with your creativity. I love the window bigger and #139 is my favorite. I do prefer the roof all grey as it defines it from my initials. And, I do really like my name with this font with real estate to the right side. I have one more suggestion and see what you think. I will be using this on my business cards, website, newsletter etc. Do you think my name could be slightly a darker gray to stand out more since the font has thinner lines than the initials? I am thinking if my phone number, etc on my business card is in black ink, I will want my name to stand out more but not in black. Don't mean to be picky! Thanks, again, for all your help.

In #140, I did a few things.

I went a shade darker on the gray and a tad brighter on the gold to increase the contrast. I also slightly raised the roof a bit and changed the color to gray. I think it looks pretty sharp.

OK, I think the darker gray will work better with other print on my website, etc. I love it! And, I like your change with a slightly dark gold. So, on #140, can I see just the gold roof without the black (like the other one you did) and the word real estate in the same shade of gold as the roof...might make it stand out slightly more. Thank you very much!!!

Sure, I will make that change now. Also, in #141 I just rotated the swirls on the bottom. What do you think of that?

#142....I do prefer your original design of the vine so this one looks great. I wanted to ask your opinion about a couple of things. I do love the softer gray but just thinking about where I am planning to use it on business cards, etc, I was thinking the darker shade might show up better especially with black ink being in other text on my cards and website. Do you agree? What do you think looks better...the gold roof or with a little gray? Thought maybe keeping it all gold defines it from the initials. And, do you think the word real estate needs to be a bit bolder as it may not show up on my business card? You are the expert....please share your opinion.

Thanks a bunch!!

If you are going to use black for sure, I would say go with a lighter gray so the dark gray and black don't clash. I think I like the gray roof because it ties the design altogether. I can make the text of the word "real estate" larger by reducing the spacing. I will upload now...

#144 - I think the black and gold works well also...

#143 my favorite...your original design...and that is why you are so gifted in what you do! I printed and cut out both the black and the gray and the black one kind of runs together on the business card with phone #, etc. Leaving the logo in gray makes it pop and stand out more...and those colors also give it a softer edge. But, I am glad I could compare them! This tournament has been a great experience. And, I thank you for all your time and effort.

So I have received a few more logos today which is getting confusing. I have just ranked them again. As much as I love your logo, I wanted to ask your opinion. Do you think anything needs to be added on the sides of the monogram/initials to fill in the empty space. I am not sure what as I do not want to take away from the logo but wanted to reach out to you with any ideas. What are your thoughts?

Appreciate your time. Thanks again.

Hi Mindy,

Thanks for reaching out to me. I do not really see that there is much empty space. In my opinion, the logo has balance. That is why I kept tweaking it (i.e. adding a larger window). You do not want to make it to busy but I could perhaps add some more swirls if you like but I think it looks pretty good as is.

Can I see a couple different fonts in my name that might be easier to read on a business card...but yet go with the flow of the design of the logo. What do you think?

Thanks.

Logo Designer
Yes I should be able to do that tomorrow. Do you like any of the other fonts I tried previously?

As pretty as my name looks, it appears a bit more difficult to read when it is smaller on my business card. If you can send me a couple of other ideas where you think my name would stand out more but still looks somewhat elegant with your design, I would appreciate it. Thank you again.

Most of the script fonts tend to be a bit thing so i uploaded a couple of options, however, #191 might be the best. I think it looks great.

#193 also works well and I used a brighter gold in that one...

I really like #191...your original colors with the new font for my name and the line underneath. Hopefully, just one more request....still would like to see the words "real estate" a bit bolder since that is what I do. Again, thank you so much for all your hard work and numerous revisions. Have a great day!

sure, please see #194 and #195 for bigger "real estate."

I will probably not make any changes to the logo but I was previewing some of your past work which looks really great and I would like to see my logo in a couple different colors. I like the colors you used in Dura-Fenz (maybe that burgundy color with black or grey) and the Meryhew logo. Could you send those to me...and then I will try to wrap this up.

Thank you so much. Have a wonderful weekend.

Hi Mindy. I uploaded the colors you requested.

Hi there! I ranked the blue/grey one first as I think it pops a bit more but I would also like to see it with a little darker grey color as well.

I have a question, once you send me the logo is the person who designs my website going to be able to change the color if needed depending on the background. I spoke with someone and they said it would have to be .psd or .ai.......not sure what that means.

Also, I wanted to share with you as I have viewed many logo designs from quite a few designers and everyone does a wonderful job. However, I think yours are so unique to each person. Some of the other logos seem like they have very similar designs but maybe just a different color. I do appreciate your work.

Thanks again.

Thank you for the compliment :)

I am glad you like my work. Darker gray is in #204. If you choose me as winner would it be possible to pick #195 for my portfolio?

Through the site you would be receiving an eps file which is a type of ai (Adobe Illustrator) file. No worries about that.

Hey, it looks great. I would like #204 but will rank #195 as #1 so it will go in your portfolio.

Thanks so much for everything. I wish you the best of luck with future winning logos!

Thanks so much. I wish you the best of luck as well. If you have any questions about how to finalize the contest, please email admin as I am not sure how to do it on the contest holder side.

Hey, I was selecting #195 as the winner as you requested so it will go in your portfolio and it won't let me move forward unless I pick three different designers as the top three. But, you know I really want #204 (blue/grey). That won't cause any issues, correct? thanks

Logo Designer
Yes, don't worry. I will upload #204 for the final files. The site doesn't allow for one designer to get all 3 top spots.

Thanks again :)
