What We Do
mimiro is an AI partner that analyzes both the content and the impression of operators’ voices in call centers. It transforms subjective evaluations into a unified and objective standard, helping supervisors (mainly female managers in their 30s–40s) to deliver consistent feedback and improve training efficiency.
The brand should feel soft, intelligent, and supportive—like a “gentle ear” that listens on behalf of the supervisors.

Color Preferences
We would like the colors to convey warmth, softness, and empathy.
They should feel natural and approachable rather than harsh, neon, or metallic.
We are open to creative interpretations that capture this atmosphere.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
Note about the brand name:
the brand name should always be written in lowercase as “mimiro” (never uppercase).
The name "mimiro" comes from Japanese:
- "mimi" = ear (listening, empathy),
- "miru" = to see (visualize, make clear),
- "ro" = logic (structured, objective).
So the name itself expresses listening, visualizing, and returning insights logically and fairly.
Designs that suggest harmony, diffusion, or subtle listening motifs are welcome,
but please keep it abstract rather than literal.
This is only my personal impression to get the conversation started.
If you have better directions or alternative concepts that you feel capture the essence of the brand more effectively, I’d love to see your proposals too.
