Thank you for your time and for putting these links. I have looked at some of them. I really want to have something that is as original as possible but also reflects more of a luxury market. I like the reds and blacks but I like a softer feel if that makes sense

I'm a bit confused as all of the higher ranked designs seem to be basically the same rooftop design.
When you say original, are you looking to move away from that? It is a pretty common element in Real Estate logos.

Are you looking perhaps for a more abstract interpretation?

#100 | Clean and elegant design. Nicely balanced for signage. Simple to prevent clutter.

#105. A bit more detail than #100, The black trim is a good offset to a white background and aids in visibility.

I just wanted to follow up and see if I could make any changes to the current # 1 ranked logo.
