This is pretty good. I like the enlarged point on the M, indicating a graph or money going up. But I would like to see something more like the Motorola logo than just the stylized words.

#20 - the M logo is pretty good. But I don't want to use a diamond in the logo. That has been done and made cheap by dozens of people before me. Also, you might try adding a second color into the logo.
