Probably best to select #110 (without ripples) - you have the opportunity to make further alterations to the final files before you approve the final design.
I looked at the image you posted with orange/pink flowers and different stages of bloom. It's after 1 a.m. here now so I will look at it later today.

Will you be able to submit these modifications before the close of the tournament, or shall I select 110 as the final?
I agree with you on the horizontal lock up. Logo as-is with text to the right.
I think there are options for color on the lillies--here's one. (I'll remove from the web as soon as you view it.)

For the horizontal version were you thinking of having the logo as it is with larger text beside it?
I'll see what else I can do about the water lily flower shapes. One other option could be to give them a pink tinge but then it might not look too good with the other colours.

This is winning version. The mouth is better. Board members prefer without the ripples. When the image is tiny, the flower appears to be a fried egg. Have you considered one fully bloomed, one partially opened?

Black and white version of #111.

There is no white outline on POND & etc.

What different versions will you need? If different versions require any redrawing then I think it is usual for an additional cost to be agreed.

I uploaded this alternative design with different typefaces before I saw your latest comments on #110. This would be better if you are going to use the logo at small sizes.

How does this work with Logotournament for the different versions we will need?

is there a white outline on "POND
& KOI SOCIETY"? It may need to be beefed up for small version of the logo.

Can you illustrate what this will look like in Black and White version?

On the right fish, the shadow is reading more as a grey fish. See this fish for the coloring coming down further onto the nose.

In all these new designs I have made MIDWEST slightly smaller and spaced the letters out.
This design has no shadows on the koi and no ripples.

This is receiving a lot of positive discussion from the board members. Can you remove/modify the glints on the surface of the water? Make sure the "Midwest" is centered and perhaps add some tracking?

I forgot to put in the shadows of the lily pads in this design. See my other entries for what I mean. (Only the first ranked designer can now submit new designs in the selection stage.)
