Midwest AV GroupLogo Design Contest

I really like the way the "AV" looks. I prefer logos that are more in a horizontal line. The art in the circular shape seems to communicate audio levels which is good but audio is only part of what we do. There is a digital collaboration component. Perhaps that art should be slightly less pronounced. The Entry #12 gives me the the feeling of mountains and unfortunately we do not have any in the Midwest but I do like the font and the AV.

#27 is definately my favorite so far. Would it be possible to do a version of it in which the word "MIDWEST" is bold? It is nice that it is diferentiated from "AV" but quite have the pop. Also, is the word "Group" centered?

Here are two options - #35 is centered from the top edge of "V" and option #36 is centered from the bottom edge of "V".
