I think the icon to the left maybe needs to be a design with "MVS" and the V highlighted for VEIN. On entry #7, I like the horizontal design to work of off, Michigan cannot be the focus, it needs to be VEIN or VEIN Specialists

OK - I think we are going to select #328. The doctor would like to see "Michigan" in the blue color; "Specialists" in the green color; and the line underneath a little thicker and in the Blue color.

I would also like to see #328 with the current colors but with a thicker line underneath.
