The graphic element (Icon) on #131 is amazing. Can you condense the word Realty and border it with thin lines please?

Quick question: If I select your desing, will you be able to supply the black, white versions of the logo? Also, I will need the logo in .png format so I can superimpose the logo on any background. In addition, I will want the Icon separately and everything in .jpg as well. Is this all ok with you?

Yes, I will provide b&w versions of the logo and separate icon all in .png, and .jpeg as well..

..I might have mistaken condense for 'bolder' word on Realty on #144. Here is the condensed version for Realty #147.

Ok put the letters in the word realty closer together and I think we have a winner!
