You're ahead of the pack with number 13. Remember also we want to see a reverse version of the logo we like for use on yard signs. We will start ranking tomorrow.
I think you have the design element down (the "M").
I think we need to focus on font styles now ... we like the one you have chosen, definitely elegant, and perfect for letterhead or web display, but not ideally suited for a sign mounted on the exterior of an office location, where traffic is whizzing by. Easy to read from a car is critical. Look at the link to our competitor's logos ... most have a wider thicker easier to read font. That said, we don't want to sacrifice "elegance." But you are def on the right track! I think you will be very hard for other designers to beat. Thanks.
Please submit #'s 35, 36 and 37 in the blue lettering with a white background.
Also, if you have time: we'd like to see a couple of extra font types that convey "class" elegance — and that are easy to read if you are looking at the logo whizzing by in a car and looking at an office or yard sign.
Please also present us with some blues that are a bit darker. Closer to navy blue. Also, please do not withdraw any of your previously submitted logos; we want them for comparison sake.
We have a group meeting now as we are preparing to make a final decision.
We want you to resubmit your entry #35 with the words "REAL ESTATE" bolded as they appear in your entry #34. Do not mix fonts however! We want the font used in entry #35.
Additionally, we want to see #35 logo in a deeper blue, probably navy blue.

If we like what we see we will end the contest before the deadline. If we choose yours we need to know how we can obtain the logo design with the colors reversed as well.
