I've uploaded five more tweaks to the design. I cannot get close to any design entered in the contest. Doing so will get me kicked off your contest. I did manage to change the look of the arrow to resemble the logo you posted and I've also made changes to the color scheme.
We are close i think. please try one more tweak. Please invert the colors on the box on the all greyscale design so that the letters are grey with a white background and make the line between METIS and Solutions red or a red line underneath. Please take out the read dot. thanks!
