Our Ideas & Additional Information
What we're really looking for is a solid (strong) image logo. Like Famous Stars and Stripes or Metal Mullisha for example. We aren't anything like those clothing lines at all but they make great stickers and are easy to incorporate into a ton of shirt designs. Nothing too complex because it becomes harder to print.
A bit about our name: The "Metal" in Metal Biscuits represents awesome 80's power metal. The "Biscuits" represents.... we don't know what. They just go well together. That being said, the only thing we don't want is a picture of an iron biscuit or something. You can literally make a unicorn fighting a dragon with a broken bottle and it would be more relevant (and amazingly awesome) to our company than the breakfast food.
You can see our current logo on our site http://www.metalbiscuits.com. It's cool and we like it but we don't own it (except for the mullet guy in the middle) and therefore can't print it on anything. In addition, we have been using the mullet guy inside a star as a makeshift logo but it's kinda lame.
While not mandatory, we would like to incorporate the mullet guy somewhere within the logo. It can either be the central theme or somewhere obscure. If we knew how to make bad ass logos, we wouldn't be here so we don't want to set hard limitations. If you have something sweet that doesn't use the mullet guy, throw it out there.
We have included a pdf file of the mullet guy. If you want to liven him up a bit, feel free. Also, do what you want with the star border.

Hi! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.
