I would like to see an apartment building or roof of some sort incorporated in the logo. I do want people to know that we are associated with apartment living.

I really like #1 and #2.
Comments:
#1 - I really like the idea of this one, but I'm just a bit concerned about the the ease of reading the logo at a glance. Maybe you can play with the sharpness, of letters/colors, but I really like the overlapping.

#2 - I like this one as well but just may be a little bit too simple. Can you try to play with the font a bit?

13 and 14 are really cool. I would maybe like to see "living" bolder so its a bit easier to read. Also, maybe omit the "off campus housing solutions" on the bottom of the logo.

I really like 16 and 17, but again am concerned with the ease of reading the "Merge Living," An you possibly try to put a space or dot between the words...something that would add a bit of separation between words.
