Thanks for you entries. The most interesting for us is #126, with a reference to the Statue of Liberty. Not crazy about the depiction as is, but if it were somehow simplified with a 'pen and ink' style it might be better. It's tricky, though, because using the Statue of Liberty can easily become a bit touristy/tacky if you know what I mean. And a more legible 'American Bistro' is needed.
