#20 is our favorite among your designs. The division is too sharp. Maybe using capital letters and a dark background with the effect on the letter "N" makes it so sharp. We like the idea of focusing on one letter. We had also imagined a logo before, in which there's a focus on either the "N" or the "G". Can you try another design combining the sharpness of men and softness of a gentleman and elegance in the light of your focus idea?
