A couple of thoughts:

1. Cursive/Script fonts are rarely used in a solid logo. It is hard to read on signage for instance. I recommend a strong clear font like may of the designers are using.
2. Think bold and clean. Step back from the screen a good distance. Which items disappear? Which one hold a clear message? This tells you which ones work better on signage.

3. Iconic (square or rectangular) Logos. #38 | #39 | #40 | #41
If you have a big social media presence, this may be the way to go. Looks great on signage and will fit your social media icons/avatars/favicons etc...

#51 and #52 | I like these a lot. Great for signage and web. Bold. Readable from a distance. A little softer, less corporate font.

Can you remove "realty" from entry number 34? its ranked # 2
