Would you be kind enough to tell me what it is your business seeks to do for its clients? I see some words written above in a foreign language, and I apologize; as a native English speaker, I can only use Google Translate to see what they mean, and what I found appears to be that you're into supporting computer sales...but I cannot be sure without your confirmation. What exactly do you "do" to support your Clients?

What tangible actions (do you repair, build, consult, etc.) do you do for them?

support => supporting like 1 lvl and 2nd lvl support => Computer has bluescreen, or e-mail doesnt work stuff like that

Netzwerke => networks is like connecting different pc's in network, building vpn tunnels from one office to the other

Verkauf => sales
