The picturemark is a micro archipelago, tiny islands connecting in space. The archipelago can be used separately from the name if needed. Comments are welcome!
Hi Erwin. Your design #27 is fascinating. I was just wondering :
1) How would this look in B&W ? 2) Could you try to tilt the viewing angle so that we could also see the profile of the islands. This would bring more 3D effect.... Just a thought to develop this idea further.... 3) Would it make sense to try another, a bit more sharper font. The current is very nice and easy going, but maybe just a little bit too "careless", the M has a short leg, for example...Hope not to lose the very special subtle tone in this design. Maybe you can think about it.
Hi Erwin, I really would like to see the design #27 with a bit more sharper font.
I like very much the detail you created, the smallest of the islands which is also the dot over the letter i. I got an idea related to it. Here's the idea:
By moving the Meetius text to the right, with the sharper font, you would get an interesting position to that extremely nice dot detail: it would then position as the smallest island right after the two small islands on the very right. By positioning the Meetius text in that way, you could possibly get a better location to this very nice detail.
What do you think, would that work ? Would you like to try this? Thank you.
3D Micro archipelago. Not only can you see an archipelago and the symbolism, you could also see clouds of ideas from meetings. I hope you like this font! It's just subtle enought with the graphic... I gave the islands their own individual seas because I thought of a great idea for businesscards and how well this design would work for that.
Hi Erwin #66 is great. The little island over the letter i is excellent. But could you try the texts with another font, because I'm not sure if the letter t is good enough. It bothers me a little bit. Also, does the slogan need to be in Italics.
This #92 is very good. Please do upload the other fonts, too.
Some of us are a bit worried about the fact that this logo takes quite a lot of space. Is there anything you could do about that ? Would that same idea work out as a more compact layout ?
Updated version, with the more compact archipelago. It is now compact enough to fit most website headers, while retaining the same feel of the previous versions
Hi erwin, thank you for your versions. I like your unique design very very much but I'm afraid we need a more compact one. Thinking of business cards and other uses with very limited space.
Modified the archipelago further, it now has extremely compact island/font ratio while still retaining the organic feel associated with meetings online. Your feedback is very welcome
