#22 is leading the way. I'm not sure how I could tell you to improve on it. It looks good. I like seeing the MRx and the MedicalRecruiting.com together like your #22, but could you post an enlarged image of just the MRx. This will allow me to get a better idea of what that would look like when we choose to use that element by itself.

Thanks!

Here it is with just the MRx, logotournaments system just allows for a 350x280 canvas so I cant enlarge the canvas. If you'd like to see the MRx even bigger I can make it bigger, but only insofar as it fits into the canvas :)

This is big enough. I just wanted to get an idea of what it looks like by itself. I'm pleased!
Thanks again!

Can you match the spacing in each of the negative space slashes to the spacing in the small x? Thank you.

Here is the symbol with equal spacing, and I've uploaded a version of the same logo you could use for occasions when you just want, or need, to use a text-based design :)

I added a pill into the white space of the d for the text-based version :)

Illumina,
Great job on your entries. We really like the thought you've placed into your design. We would like to see a Revision regarding color. We feel that navy blue/grey may be too dark. We'd like to portray a little more "hope" into the coloring. We were thinking the more true blue/silver look of #54. Any creative direction on your part is welcomed.
Sincerely,
Blake

In full disclosure of our thoughts. We are considering using a combination of your logos. Such as:
When using just MedicalRecruiting.com, using the design from #35.
When using just a logo such as in a social media button, using the design from #36.
When showing them together using the look of #22.
What are your thoughts when it comes to branding? I'd like to get a designers perspective.
Thanks again!

I think, with most corporate companies, a logo that can be broken down and taken apart for different functions is the best. As long as, when its broken down, it doesnt lose its recognition as the company logo. And I'm a huge believer in K.I.S.S (keep it simple, stupid). A logo should be recognizable at a glance. I try to design with that philosophy in mind most of the time. I shall have color variations up soon, its the start of the workday for me here and I'm running a little behind right now :) but ill have revisions up ASAP

here are a few shades of blue for you to see :)

Thank you. This is very helpful. Could you do one in a shade of blue that's close to Facebook or LinkedIn? #62 is pretty close.

Thank you for all of your hard work. We've been discussing color schemes and designs and have a couple of requests for you.
Please edit #35. We would like to see the blue from #59 with the shimmer effect on the word "Recruiting." We would like to see solid black on the word "Medical" and the .com
We would also like to see a slightly thicker font for comparison purposes.
Thank you!

#148 is great! Could I see the MRx like #36 to match the font and coloring of #148? Thanks!
