I want to drop the word Ltd

I get rid Ltd ( #232 ) and made the new fonts included red color in entry #233.

make medical bigger. #280 an #283.
and make it more 3D and detail.

I made 3 versions. becoming more soft, elegant and nice views.
more straighten layout of light.
