We want to highlight more on the caving side. For example, a head torch to highlight that it is underground.
Think of a miners hat but the person hanging on more ropes like rank 3.

At the top of the circle we will also insert a name of the adventure they group takes on e.g. '7th Hole 06/03/2014'
We would need to leave this space free (if the text/font size would allow it)
MECET can be either the initials or the full name 'Middle East Caving & Exhibition Team'
