Hi, I have used a very 'pro' colour whilst a slightly more 'fun', yet still serious font. I have created a simple mark that can be recognised easily and also kept the two words as 'one' but still readable as two separates.

The colors are too light, it almost looks like a watermark. Not really digging the box around "mean". I do like the font though.
