The logo of 'MCG' needs to be able to stand by itself, as well as be a complete logo with the text. It all depends on what items the company logo is being put on.

If the logo is being embroidered on shirts then it would only be the logo, but if it was to be put on letterhead then both the logo and the text are applied.

Also play around with the established in 2010. EST. 2010, etc.

I like the concept of Entry #3 as far as the MCG portion.

would change the circle to have no gradients in the MCG part. Also the font of the text looks a like to playful, looking for a more masculine font.
