We like #24, best. We are considering an alternative name, McKee Residential. Please do one additional mock up identical to #24, except with the following changes:
McKee RESIDENTIAL (RESIDENTIAL should be in the same blue as the KEE of McKee. The tag line should be modified to read: Knowledge|Experience|Execution.
These two logos must be identical in terms of font size, spacing and color, with exception of the above noted changes. The logos may be displayed side by side on our website, so they must be a good match.
Hi, thank you for making the changes requested. We are actually going to have you create three individual versions of the McKee Commercial logo #23, that we have moved into 1st place. Good job!
We would like you to make McKee Residential identical to McKee Commercial, including the addition of the red to the word Residential. The tag line under Residential should be changed to B R O K E R A G E, instead of the Knowledge | Experience | Execution. Be sure to make the font heavy enough and space the letters from left to right so they line up with Residential.
The third version will be McKee Properties. Using the identical logo, with same colors, and Properties should be in red, just like the Residential and Commercial in the other 2 logos. Again, colors, font, and font size should match the other two logos. Under Properties, use the tag line Rent | Manage | Invest. These should be in blue just like the tag lines in the other two.
Finally, on all three logos, please use a slightly bolder vertical stripe in green separating the three words in the tag lines for each logo.
How will we pay you for the additional work? I don't want to start a new tournament, and have other artists try to match what you have done. Your's was the best, and you are the artist we most want to work with.
We would like to finalize these logos by tomorrow (Friday) if possible. Thank you.

usually, after the contest completed, designer will send the additional files directly by email, since this site only allowed upload 1 JPEG and 1 EPS for the final files.
