This logo is for a team within a larger organization that is responsible for growing the company. Our team looks for projects, relationships with new customers, and potential key hires for the company. Edit: I've attached a concept sketch of a tree and our logo. The tree is overpowering and would need to be a smaller scale. This is just a concept that we like.

Blue, Black, Grey, White

I've attached a copy of our company's logo. We'd like to see the logo with the phrase "Growth Team" under the logo. Since this team is about 'growth', we'd like for there to be a tree on the left or right side with roots under the logo and branches/leaves extending over the top. The tree would be green. At least the leaves would be. I'd like either the roots or the leaves to have some imagery where you can see some or all of our six core services (aviation, water, structural, survey, transportation, site design). So, maybe one of the roots of the tree looks like an airplane or a propeller. Maybe one of the roots looks like a water drop? Or this can be incorporated into the leaves.
