I'm not sure that "property group" needs to form part of the Logo. I'm open to logos that are also just "Mayfair"...
I would prefer no imagery of houses please - unless it's simple and sophisticated...
I'm happy to look at simple icons (either an "M", perhaps a tree, or a simple shape), and also happy to have no icon...
