Blue Chomp # 40 The "Maui Grill" can you change the black font to a more coconut log graphic
The three masks have too much of a African tribal look You might want to eliminate them or change them to "tiki"

UPDATE
In Hawaii the endangered green sea turtle (Honu) is used in graphic design to communicate that your from Hawaii or have ties to Hawaii/Maui. Other items are Hibiscus, plumeria flowers, slippers (flip-flops) and even the Green Sea Turtle are made to symbolize the island lifestyle. Please use it freely in your designs, all of the ranked entries keeping in mind the restaurant concept.

Thank you all for your time, your passion for design is inspiring

# 54 slinkyart We love this so far,
Can you use a stylized green sea turtles where you have the fronds of the palm trees and see if you can dot the i in Maui utilizing three turtles in a new design.

Thanks

Thanks!

I certainly can do that. When you say put the sea turtles where I have the palm tree leaves, are you wanting the turtles to replace the palm trees, or use the turtles to dot the "i", or both?

Thanks so much, I will work on this and have it uploaded soon!

#54 slinkyart Can you match the "font" used on the U to relax the feeling of MAUI.

re: dot the i grill w/ smalller version of your stylized turtle, play with the color green in "grill"
we like the stylized turtles
Can you try to "green" up the tops of the palm trees might lose the Maui sunset effect but go for it
Also, on the bottom of MAUI can you blend in a soft tone of green

Good Luck

#98 & #110 Bluechomp
#98 we like the positioning of the words, the flower needs work, too dark. Can you replace the flower with your turtle ( #110)
#110 Like the font, (110 & 84) love the turtles, we would like the turtle "rising" or facing up in the next rendition

Thanks

Logo Designer
TimChoo, in order to redesign and try and reach the best logo for you could you please tell us which theme would appeal you more: a) something with turtles, b) palm trees or c) the incorporartion of some more "natural" feeling as you once said, given by the plumeria flowers.

Looking forward to your feedback. Thanks again!

I lived on Maui for 35 years, been in the restaurant and hotel industry for 30 years.
We appreciate your time and designs, the survey for the logo has been onging, reaching our target market through the logo is one of our goals.
The survey results rank the entries. I personally would like to see more color. Maui is senic right?
Thanks again for your design brandito
