Hi Everyone - Thank you for your efforts! Please note my first name hast (2) T's - MATTHEW. :-)

Some additional thoughts from the 1st batch so far:

- I think limiting the colors... 3 seems too many. 1 or 2 may be ideal.
- Not interested in including a tag line.

Perhaps my name should be all capital or lowercase? "matthew s. gibson" or "MATTHEW S. GIBSON"

Now that I have seen several concepts that focus on my initials - I would love to see some concepts that just focus on my name... maybe my name and a simple symbol/mark of some kind?

Hi Designers - thanks again for the submissions!

I just wanted to point out that I'm having to put some things in "Not Interested" to manage my rankings. I'm simply getting a little overwhelmed trying to rank with the variations that are coming in and this helps me clean things up a bit.

During my final ranking - I will be sure that every designer that has made a submission is ranked properly and will move things back into the ranking as needed.

Hi Everyone - I just wanted to let you know that I had to extend the contest a little longer... just 2 days. In the last few hours, I've received a LOT of great concepts that I want to comment on and get a few variations from multiple designers. I'll be working on sending those comments today.

Wow - so many great entries in the last 24 hours. Very impressed. I'm working through some individual feedback now and ranking now.

In general - can you all work on a brushed metal / aged metal / engraved look for these designs where it feels appropriate? Even bronzed or rust looks might be interesting.

I'm almost envisioning the logo as a name plate that is screwed to something.

Thank you so much for participating in my contest! I am blown away with the number of great concepts and ideas. There are a lot of very talented designers on this site and I appreciate how you all worked with me through my ideas and revisions.

I'm probably going to need a few days to decide... it's a tough decision and will likely have my final rankings up over the weekend.
