Matters at WorkLogo Design Contest

This is my proposal I am using human shape elements as you are dealing mostly with people/employees/HRD
I also use the shadow of M to make W. any feedback would be great.

for #59 I use the shape in the middle colored green, to emphasize the sense of you are the mediator/bridge to your client problems
