What We Do

I specialize in industrial commercial properties. The podcast/website won't solely cover industrial properties but it will not include residential real estate so I would prefer no graphics that emulate residential properties. Rather, if that route is taken, then to use industrial warehouse property/office silhouettes.

We seek to provide podcasts for real estate professionals looking to learn more about the industry through interviewing real estate developers, investors, loan originators, industrial businesses, and real estate agents/brokers. In this, we aim to provide insight that is not easily accessible via information online. Getting to know and understand where real estate is trending and what's hot/what's not. Based in Houston, Texas, but will be interviewing clients across the nation.

Color Preferences

Bright Orange and Blue are the main colors I would like to see. Along with blacks and whites where necessary... Not overloaded with color.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

Sleek, modern design that is applicable for both the cover of my real estate podcast as well as logo to be used on Matt Knows RE website (to be created). Want colors, not just black and white - Bright orange and blue. Similar to the color scheme on IMG_6897 on the personally attached "Breaker" logo.

Open to designs that are artistically pleasing, as well as modern.
