Thank you for the entries. No bullseye yet. Please do not use an image of a man - I would like to attract women executives, too. I like how the M looks like a person in a suit, but how can it be gender neutral?

One common thing Id like to change and that is:
Why is it that my name is so much more important than what I do. It is not enough for someone to just remember "masterman', they have to recall that she is an Executive Coach. In some of the submissions you can barely see 'Executive Coaching' I am hoping to make an impression about my profession not just the strength in my name, which is just a coincidence of birth.
