What We Do
We consult, advise, coach, run support groups for SMEs and startups in the technology sector who need to understand, negotiate and manage their commercial contracts themselves, without access to a lawyer to do this for them.
Our Target Audience:
CxOs/managers in a technology SME/start-up who are responsible for the company's commercial (sales, support) contracts. Male/female, aged 30-50, university educated, high tech (software, hardware, technology services) industry. SME may be growing, or a mature company that is trying to control its costs and takes a DIY approach to their contracting.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
my current company logo can be found on inaccord.ch. I can't think of a picture to use, so expect something that is based on the arrangement/colouring of the words Master Your Contracts. I hate Serif fonts.
