Hi, #194, can you add a slight change to it, a fine border to it? But i don't want it outlining the anchor. Can you come up with another simple rectangular design different than you have.... All the ones you gave us our great but need to tie it in with the water and anchor.

take #194, extend the blue to a rectangal where background is all blue, put a white then gold border, use same gold from #217.
also try #194 extended in white (two tone rectangal) with borders.
