Using a custom made letter Ψ and rotating it 180 degrees to give off the image of an M.
A psych / illusion, of a different state.

Colors can be easily adjusted to your liking.

I like the coloring of the Psi in all three of these, but the Psi is upside down.

#17 and #16 are somewhat simplistic - I was hoping for something more creative.

I actually like #15 but "Maryland" is very prominent suggesting that we are a state agency which is not accurate. I would prefer that somehow the emphasis be placed on the "Psychology" and/or "Management".

One more followup. I did not catch the similarity to the flipped psi looking like an "m". I asked a couple of my colleagues and they thought like I did - that it was just upside down. I just thought I would pass that along to you.
