The Tri Harder Triathlon Club of Baltimore is a nonprofit organization that trains men and women who struggle with substance abuse to compete in triathlons.

We are a group of professionals that provide psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and yoga for individuals with a mental health diagnosis.

We are a small private psychological practice that does traditional psychotherapy as well as psychological testing, parent coordination and parent training, and management and organization development (i.e. management training, employee evaluations, etc.)
