This are my ideas and concepts. Hope you lie them. Wanted to create something simple, something that inspire with strength, wisdom, trust and represents the name of your company - Mars Hill. The wings were added because you gave wing to your clients to find the best that they are looking for and the most important - deserve. I was thinking of stylized St. Poul's likeness but won't this reminds of something too religious?
I'm looking forward for your feedback, it's very important for me. I'll be glad if you guide me ahead with shearing your opinion, ideas and feelings.
I decide to include the Greek letter "Omega" in the logo because of it's powerful meaning of strength, power, success (the value of the letter is 800 (8). I was wondering t add the Alpha as well, because you would like the logo to appeal to both male and female. And both letters together represent it. Your company is the Alpha and Omega for your clients - you have what they want.
This were my thoughts. I'll be glad if I can "hear" about yours :)
Magnita, nice work on torch #17, not sure I like the taller, house, I prefer the wider home look. Maybe we can take out the "MH" and that will make the house less tall. Also you can take out the tops of the two columns in the middle and that might help. Also, the laurels are a sign of peace. I don't think that goes well with what I'm doing, maybe if I was a politician:) Do you think it would be better to replace the laurels with the words "Mars Hill Realty Group" in a circle shape with the torch on the bottom? Or maybe "www.MarsHillRealty.com". It's starting to look like a logo for a university...I wonder if there's something different we can do to avoid that.

Hope you like the new approaches. I uploaded #33 & #34 because I wanted to know what do you think about the idea of slightly reminding a planet (Mars). I could remove the wavy part around the "planet", because I think it might goes too heavy? And I added the "www.MarsHillRealty.com" - it was a great idea - makes the logo balanced at the right side. What do you think?
In #31 & #32 I redone the temple as you wished - removed the "MH" and the top of the columns, made the torch more visible. Also imported the "www.MarsHillRealty.com" below the hill.

I'm very happy that you loved the ideas I came up with.
Here I cept the main idea but changed the flame of the torch. Made it more stylized and beautiful, what do you think? I also tried new look of the house-temple. Do you like the radial gradient, or would like plain color? I also add a color to "realty group" for balance.
Thanks for adding some variations, I think i want to go with solid colors since it needs to be print friendly and easily seen on signs. Also, I broadened my criteria for the logo, please re-visit my design guidelines if you haven't recently. THanks again for your great work
I have add a bright blue here, because it makes the logo with more youth feeling, but in the same it accent is to company name and the main symbol your company - temple at the hill.
I like #49 the best, the home is simple (like the original) and I like the idea of the torch incorporated into the word. More youthful, since I'm targeting younger generation of clients. Want to give a revolutionary feel to the logo.
I like #80 and how you define the logo with borders. I'd like to see some variations in the home, I like the simplicity of it, but it feels very much like a university and maybe too serious then I want to portray. Thanks
Thanks for adding in the martian theme to the logos. I think something subtle, like the antennas works well, instead of a full-blown alien on the logo. The green color goes well with it too.
I'm really confused of what you want. I thought you want clear color and super stylized look of the logo. Something serious and in the same time with youth touch. I can't see how does the St. Poul's story fits in the martian theme. You want your logo to represent the truth, trust, the people to believe at. Some people do not believe in martians... But if I have to be honest the idea of the martian spaceship is clever. i do like the style of the logo. Probably I need some more time to think over the martian theme and came up with something new .
Magnita, thanks for your honest feedback. I still do want something with clear color and good style and a youthful look. I agree with you that the martians/spaceship idea conflicts with some people idea of trust. That is why I have decided to lean towards the depiction of the planet Mars instead of martians and a spaceship. I really liked the spaceship idea at first, but if I want my logo to represent trust, then I need to do something different. The planet Mars is a factual icon and that is something that goes well with the name. Thanks for working with me.
I'm really out of rabbits to pull out of my hat :), but as ! can see here are allot of ideas. But as far as I can see the best idea here is the symbol incorporated in the house. I wish I have had the idea first. It makes you to look again at the logo, makes you think. I think that as a boutique real estate firm you need something clear, easy to remember and not very over overladen with elements. This is my opinion.
Magnita, I like this much better, but I think the grass is too overgrown. The idea of a tree is nice, another designer tried that too. What symbol are you referring too? Thanks Magnita!
