We Aim to Farm

I am a full time farmer. I am looking for a logo that will go on my semis (5+ of them) and all of my equipment. It will also go on items that I hand out to my landlords. I am a large farmer and this logo will be used a lot. My audience is everyone that sees my semis as they are used year around to haul commodities along with all of the land lords current and potential future ones. I am strictly a grain farmer (Corn & Soybeans).

The semis are White Peterbuilts with John Deere logos and John Deere Green, yellow and black pin stripes. All equipment is John Deere, so it would be nice to be close to that kind of colors/themes.

I have uploaded a few photos of the semis that this logo will go on and an example of what the gentlemen had on the truck prior to me. I want more than just words, but it needs to be pretty legible on a semi door. I was thinking it should be similar colors to the photos so it matches the striping on the trucks and fit on a green tractor. I was thinking to have something like a cross hairs included to represent marksmen. I am pretty open to ideas, just want to make sure the logo is eye catching, matches the truck and could include the slogan. I like the font style on the previous guy, but open to more ideas as well. Will be used on business cards as well.
